Most standard orders are completed within 3–7 business days from quote approval. Smaller engraving orders (keychains, wallets, cutting boards) are often faster — 2–4 days. Crystal pieces and multi-part 3D print jobs may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity.
Turnaround is confirmed in your quote. If you have a hard deadline, mention it upfront and StrazX will tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
StrazX ships all orders — no local pickup at this time. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $45 ship free. Shipping estimates are included in every custom quote.
3D Printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF (preferred), STEP. If your file needs repair or conversion, StrazX handles it.
Laser Engraving: SVG, AI, PDF, DXF for vector artwork. PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher for raster/photo work.
Crystal: High-resolution photo (JPG/PNG, front-facing, sharp focus works best). No vector needed.

Sometimes — it depends on current queue and the complexity of your order. Rush orders are possible for simple engraving jobs. More complex 3D prints and crystal pieces have fixed minimum production times that can't be compressed.
Reach out as early as possible with your deadline. Rush orders may carry a small surcharge, which will be included in your quote.
Design review and minor adjustments are included before production starts. Once you approve the design and production begins, changes may require an updated quote.
The goal is to get it right before anything is made. StrazX shares proofs and mockups where applicable — just say the word before approving and changes are easy.
3D Printing: PLA (broad color range, rigid, great for display), PETG (more durable, some flex), and specialty filaments. Ask about specific colors or material properties for your application.
Laser Engraving: Hardwood (maple, walnut, cherry, birch), plywood, MDF, acrylic, leather, cork, and coated metals. Not all materials are always in stock — confirm when quoting.
Crystal: Optical-grade K9 crystal in cube, rectangle, iceberg, heart, and custom shapes. Multiple base/LED display options available.
Yes. Volume discounts are available for repeat orders and bulk runs. The more units, the better the per-piece price — setup time is a fixed cost that gets spread across the order.
